The ILP Manager page provides access to key Individual Learning Plan (ILP) functions. From this page, you can access the ILPs, reviews, and targets screens. The Home page gives you an overview of all open ILPs. From there, you can open the ILP overview screen to review key performance indicators (KPIs) and summary information. To review learner activity, you can open the learner overview and history screen. Additional screens allow you to reopen ILP targets and reviews, and to search for closed ILPs.
Note that if you have both the ILP manager and ILP tutor roles, your tutor screen only shows information for your own learners and ILPs. The image below shows the ILP manager screen.
Actions
The following actions are available:

Search for learners or their ILPs.
